Informasi yang didapat media ini, bahwa dari 22 saksi yang dimintai keterangan salah satunya adalah mantan kadis PUPR dan perhubungan Lembata ketika dinas perhubungan masih bernaung dibawah PUPR, Paskalis Ola Tapobali., yang kini menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Lembata dipriksa delapan (8) jam.
Pihak kejaksaan Negeri Lembata belum buka suara terkait diperiksanya Sekda Lembata sebagai mantan kepala dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Penataan Ruang Dan Perhubungan Lembata namun, berdasarkan release tim penyidik kejaksaan negeri lewoleba hanya disebutkan terdapat 22 saksi yang telah dipanggil untuk berikan keterangan.
Dalam release tim penyidik kejaksaan yang copyan diterima media ini, Penyelidikan Terkait Adanya Dugaan Tindak Pidana korupsi Pengadaan Kapal Pinisi Aku Lembata Tahun Anggaran 2019, berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penyelidikan Nomor: 02/N.3.22/ Fd.1/02/2022 Tanggal 16 Februari 2022, berdasarkan ekpose perkara pada hari senin tgl 4 April 2022 oleh Tim Penyelidik, hasil ekspose telah ditemukan adanya bukti permulaan yang cukup terjadinya peristiwa Tindak pidana korupsi dan sepakat untuk ditingkatkan ke Tahap Penyidikan.
Kasus Posisi:
Bahwa pada tahun 2019 Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Penataan Ruang da Perhubungan Kabupaten Lembata melakukan Pengadaan Kapal Pinisi Aku Lembata Tahun Anggaran 2019 dengan total pagu anggaran sebesar Rp.2.495.900.000 (dua milyar empat ratus sembilan puluh lima juta sembilan ratus ribu rupiah) yang sumber anggarannya berasal dari Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK Transportasi). Pada pengadaan tersebut terdapat indikisasi penyimpangan antara lain : Dalam tahap pelaksanaan pekerjaan tidak selesai namun dilakukan PHO (Provisional Hand Over) dan pekerjaan telah dibayarkan 90% dari total anggaran. Namun sejak bulan Maret 2020 setelah dilakukan PHO (Provisional Hand Over) sampai saat ini kapal pinishi aku lembata tidak beroperasi serta tidak memberikan manfaat untuk Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Lembata maupun Masyarakat Lembata,
Penyimpangan berikutnya adalah belum adanya dokumen kelengkapan kapal yang dipersyaratkan namun, dilakukan serahterim barang tanpa didahului dengan uji kelayakan kapal sebagaimana yang dipersyaratkan sebuah kapal layak jalan, serta indikasi perbuatan menyalahi aturan teknis pengadaan kapal dan aturan terkait pengadaan barang dan jasa serta aturan terkait lainnya. Hal-hal tersebut Tim Penyelidik pada Kejaksaan Negeri Lembata peroleh dari permintaan keterangan terhadap saksi-saksi sebanyak 22 orang, pengumpulan dokumen-dokumen, surat terkait pengadaan kapal tersebut, Dan Tim Lid juga telah melakukan cek lapangan ke kapal tersebut.
