Hadir dalam kegiatan Apel Siaga, Danpos TNI-AL Lembata, Letda Laut (PM), Triawan A, SH. Para Perwira Jajaran Polres Lembata, Sekretaris Pol. PP Kab. Lembata Paskalis Leuweheq, Staf Keamanan Polsuspas, Sofian BM. Ali, Kabid LLAJ, Saleh Sadi.
Dengan peserta apel, 1 SST Gabungan, Koramil 1624-03/Lewoleba dan Pos TNI AL, 1 SST Sat Lantas Polres lembata, 1 SST Sat Sabhara polres lembata, 1 SST Dishub Kab. Lembata dan 5. STTD (Sekolah Tinggi Transportasi Darat), 1 SST Sat Pol. PP. Kab. Lembata, 1 SST Polsus dan Dinas Kesehatan. 1 SST Intelkam polres lembata, 1 SST Pramuka Lembata.
Apel diawali dengan Pengecekan Personil, oleh Kabag Ops.Polres Lembata. AKP Martinus Ardjon.

Kapolres Lembata, AKBP Yoce Marten, SH, S.I.K, M.I.K., dalam apel siaga tersebut menyampaikan agar, Dalam pelaksanaan Pengamanan nantinya, yang jadi perioritas kita adalah terkait covid -19, diharapkan kepada kita semua dapat membantu dari pihak gereja untuk mengecek dalam rangka penerapan protokol kesehatan.
Selain itu juga yang patut di perhatikan adalah, Mengantisipasi hal-hal yg dapat mengganggu pelaksanaan Ibadat, untuk itu silahkan rekan- rekan berkoordinasi dengan pihak gereja untuk bisa, mendapatkan informasi dalam rangka penertiban pelaksanaan ibadat.

Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengamanan ini merupakan kegiatan yang mulia, semua dilaksanakan dengan ikhlas, sehingga Saudara-saudara kita dan keluarga kita dapat beribadat dengan baik dengan rasa nyaman dan aman
Kita harapkan kepada semua pihak atau stakeholder yang ada, dapat bekerjasama dengan baik, sehingga dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengamanan dapat berjalan dengan baik ujar Kapolres.
Bahwa setelah melaksanakan Apel Siaga, seluruh Personil yang terlibat dalam Pengamanan Natal 2020 dan tahun 2021, langsung menuju ke Pos masing-masing yang telah ditentukan di tiap-tiap Gereja yang berada di Kota Lewoleba tegas AKBP Yoce Marten.
