Setelah berhasil di-download, isi data-data pada form tersebut.
Disarankan menggunakan “Adobe Reader” atau aplikasi sejenis (pada perangkat apapun).
Isikan data Anda secara langsung pada form, dengan informasi yang sebenar-benarnya.
Field yang bertanda merah adalah isian wajib.

Pada halaman berikutnya, tersedia template untuk menambahkan file. Sesuaikan file dengan judul template.
Klik pada area kosong.
Klik “Browse”
Pilih jenis file yang akan disertakan (jpg/png/pdf/dll)
Klik “Open”
Tuliskan pula judul file tersebut.
Selesai:
Simpan file secara manual (Save/Save As), dan kirimkan sebagai attachment melalui email ke: hrd_ptpal@pal.co.id.
Sertakan pula CV Anda versi pribadi.
Data tidak dapat diproses bila:
Form dilakukan pdf ulang (print to PDF)
Form dicetak pada kertas lalu yang dikirimkan adalah foto atau hasil scan
Form dilakukan modifikasi dengan PDF editor (menambah/menghapus halaman)
Form dikonversi ke format lainnya (misalnya Word .doc / .docx) dan diisi secara bebas
Form diisi dengan program yang tidak disarankan sehingga merusak struktur form
